    We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen differences and manufacturing tolerances. All product descriptions, including piece counts and specifications, are provided to the best of our knowledge.

    3. Pricing & Payment

    All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed before order processing begins. We accept PayPal, major credit cards, bank transfers, and Western Union. Prices do not include shipping fees or import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

    4. Orders & Processing

    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified if your order is affected.

    5. Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. CraftBlockWorld is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We provide tracking information for all shipments.

    6. Returns & Refunds

    Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items with manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on CraftBlockWorld.com — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of CraftBlockWorld and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

    8. Custom Services (MOC/OEM/ODM)

    Custom orders are subject to separate agreements including pricing, timelines, and specifications. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Design ownership and usage rights will be outlined in individual agreements.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    CraftBlockWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
