Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For regular retail orders, there's no MOQ — buy as many or as few sets as you like. For OEM/ODM custom orders, the MOQ is typically 100-500 units depending on complexity.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, please contact support as we may have already started processing.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days. Express shipping (3-7 days) is available for most destinations. Processing time is 1-3 business days.

MOC designs typically take 2-4 weeks. OEM/ODM projects range from 4-8 weeks depending on complexity and quantity.
